It's June 2015 again and that means more free games from our two favourite subscriptions (okay, that was a lie).

PS4 - Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zero

First up this month, we’re excited to offer Hideo Kojima’s brilliant Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. Imagine classic Metal Gear gameplay but with no restrictions or boundaries, where you can use intelligence and cerebral strategy to sneak your way through entire missions, or go in all guns blazing.

With Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain on the horizon, there’s no better time to jump in and get reacquainted with Snake.

PS4 - Skulls of the Shogun: Bone-A-Fide Edition

Next up, a mash-up of turn-based strategy and fighting-game flare, scientifically engineered for lightning-quick rounds, thoughtful strategic play, and an out-there tongue-in-cheek sense of humour.

You play General Akamoto, Japan’s greatest shogun, who’s been stabbed in the back on the eve of his greatest battle – and transported, to the Samurai Afterlife. But an impostor has taken your place, and it’s up to you to shatter his plans and regain your honour!

PS3 - Call of Juarez: Gunslinger

Experience the epic, violent journey of a ruthless bounty hunter on the trail of the West’s most notorious outlaws. Blurring the lines between man and myth, this adventure made of memorable encounters unveils the untold truth behind some of the greatest legends of the Old West.

PS4/Vita - Super Exploding Zoo

From the team who brough you Hohokum, Super Exploding Zoo is a lunatic blend of part arcade action, fiendish puzzles and sly strategy. Round up herds of exploding animals and rampage through 80 destructible levels, seeing off hordes of greedy alien marauders by blowing them up!

PS3 - Cloudberry Kingdom

Next up, enter fiendish platformer Cloudberry Kingdom, the land where good heroes go to die, and Bob is the best of them all. Bob sits on the precipice of retirement, recliner ready, but first he must get back what he lost years ago. Jump and dodge your way through billions of levels on a last ditch mission to conquer infinity. The quest was never over. The princess was never saved. A challenge is waiting, are you ready?

PS4/Vita - Futuridium EP Deluxe

Finally this month it’s an old school shoot ’em up with a modern twist. Futuridium EP Deluxe offers fast-paced, non-stop, hard-as-nails action, wrapped in a stylish retro vector aesthetic. This one is not to be missed!

Xbox One - Massive Chalice

First up, for Xbox One, we have the all-new Massive Chalice, from fan-favorite developer Double Fine Productions. An early Kickstarter success, Massive Chalice is a tactical strategy game set in an epic fantasy world. You step into the shoes of the Immortal Ruler, and your goal is to defeat a mysterious enemy known as the Cadence, in a war that will apparently last 300 years. Yes, that’s a pretty freakin’ long time, but you’ve got plenty of troops to command, marriages to forge, and bloodlines to uphold. An immortal’s gotta keep their multi-generation war machine fit and fresh, after all!

Xbox One - Pool Nation FX (was the game from May)

It's a game, about Pools, Nations and FXes.

Xbox 360 - Just Cause 2 (1st June - 15th June)

For Xbox 360, June sees the addition of Just Cause 2 to the lineup, which means players should prepare for oodles of acrobatic insanity. Equipped with a grappling hook, a bevy of weapons, as protagonist Rico Rodriguez you’re set loose on the fictional island nation of Panau in Southeast Asia to find and kill your one time friend and mentor. To accomplish that you’ll have to cause chaos and destruction, jump parachute-less from planes, take on entire armies single-handed, and disarm cruise missiles that are in-flight... and that’s if you stick to the story missions. In between you’re free to roam around the huge 400 square miles of rugged terrain with hundreds of weapons and vehicles to wreak havoc or just enjoy the view… right.

Xbox 360 - Thief (16th June - 30th June)

Games with Gold also provides a sneakier option in Thief, 2014’s first-person action-stealth caper. Step into the silent shoes of Garrett, a dark and solitary thief with an unrivalled set of skills. The most challenging heists, the most inaccessible loot and the best kept secrets: nothing is out of your reach. Explore the sick and troubled City, from its shady back alleys to the heights of its rooftops. Sneak through the streets, infiltrate heavily-guarded mansions and lurk in every dark corner… unnoticed and unsanctioned. Use Garrett’s arsenal to take down guards silently with your blackjack, use multiple arrow types to manipulate your environment and the enemies within them or use your newly acquired focus abilities to increase the effectiveness of your thieving skills. What kind of Master Thief will you be?

It's June 2015 again
:susp:

Great titles for Xbox 360, strange to see the Xbone get the short end though and Sony just about keeping up with making PS+ a good thing to have. Just Cause 2 I will be adding to my Downloads to no doubt fart about on later when I'm bored.
