have you got a usb key board, great for plugging in and sending messages? Also if you have a pc next to you, do it all through xbox.com so you can keep on diveing as you do it.

If you do't have a PC next to you just plug it in and send messages like you would with the controller. If you have a PC go onto xbox.com, sign up using there network passport thing while adding your gamertag into it, then go into my xbox, messages and send and do what ever in there.
