First of all, I'm new

Anyone knows a way to get up to the last update in TDU2? I've installed it a few days ago from Steam and while it was downloading I saw that they won't be supporting it anymore, so it means no updates, no DLCs, which sucks, and, indeed, I don't have the DLCs. Any answer would be appreciated. Thanks
