xbox live downloads

i am trying to download the lexus is350 or what ever iti is but every time i try it gets to 1% stays there for like 10 mins and says could not download car pack :wtf:has this happend to any one else HELP PLZ :damnit:

When did you try to download it? They might be trying to add the new Lexus vehicles and you are getting server lag due to programming changes.
