Error Messages, Cannot Launch Game (Windows 11)

Every time I try to launch the game, I get two error messages. Both are TestDrive2.exe - System Error popups.

One say that "XINPUT1_3.dll" cannot be found. This is not an error exclusive to TDU World, as trying to launch the game normally after a fresh Steam download, through the official launcher, without TDU World, also shows this popup.

Another says "CrashHook.dll" was not found. This error only happens with TDU World.

I'm not sure what's causing this. I've already tried reinstalling both the game and the TDU World launcher multiple times, this keeps happening every time. I'm not sure what to do.
