Years ago I found a tool that let me change the name or configuration about the sound of the cars. 

I like to play with external view but the sound is nothing like the sound from inside the car or the hood camera.  Does anyone knows how to use the sound from the hood camera on the external view too? 

For example, the sound of the Impreza from the hood camera hast the turbo whistle a bit louder and the engine more raw while in the external view it sounds too quiet and can barely hear the turbo.
