No cheats, if you want to cheat, best way, (if you are online) buy and enzo, upgrade it to level 3, DONT PUT ANY MILES ON IT, and sell for 8 million or so, someone will buy soon.

 

If you want to cheat on offline mode, just download TDU PE, then buy a car, close TDU, add 4 zeros to the end of the price, sell it, then reset price back to normal, and rebuy the car.

 

I am currently in possesion of 1.7 billion or so.
