Plugging in a old wheel...

I've got a prolem, my steering wheel is so old (7yrs), that it has gameport, which my new computer hasn't got.

 

There are USB->Gameport adapters, but they're quite expensive. Is it possible, to make one of the ports presented on the picture (one is PSX and the other is Sega Dreamcast i think, or is it N64?) compatible with PC? Some adapters and such? I think they're cheaper than gameport->USB.

You may have this doubt if your steering wheel is 2 or 3 years old, not 7.

Just throw it out of the window and buy a new one.

That PSX connection will work.

I use a USB > PS2 adapter for my PS2 controller for TDU...

Hay - it works so why should i throw it out...

I'm no rich person, i barely afforded TDU and a PC which could handle it...

Now i can't even afford some basic 2 thumbstick Logitech gamepad
