Theme Selection added / 主题选择增加

on homepage, right after Recommend boards, there is a new block added, theme selection

the poll will gimme a good idea which one to use for forum default theme, so vote now ^_^

在主页,在Recommend boards之后多了一个theme selection,大家可以选择自己喜欢的风格主题
