Driver Of The Week Hardcore!!

Proposed rules to be discussed.

 

DOTW Hardcore is the fastest time set on a online race event in TDU's online mode test run. The player has to take a picture (for consoles) or screen shot as evidence of the time. (see image below)

 

The image must be a maximum size of 800 x 600, have the hardcore logo and posted when the player feels they have a winning time. You can change the picture as often as you like before the closing date. But you can only have one post with the picture so you must edit your post each time. This is to keep the thread tidy.

 

The winner at the end of the week with the fastest time can choose the next event. The only rule is the event must be different to the current DOTW Hardcore event.

 

You can use any car/bike tuned but must be the same class. DLC cars/bikes are also allowed unless there is a clear advantage gained

 

The event each week will be in this format:

 

Event name | car class | map reference | online race number on the Island map

 

End of rules.

 

Here is the sample image, can this be done on the X360? What I did to get the hardcore logo was go into replay and then back to the results screen. The hardcore logo appears for a short time.

Any Xbox360er's got any input to how this could be done.

 

I wish I had a 360 so I could see, I hate working blind. :)

next time i'm online i'll check to see if the replay trick works

and cant we just have our word taken for it. pressumably, if we dont believe a score we can ask them to prove how fast they are around said race against someone else? if they are as blazigly quick as they claim to be then surely they could easily beat you in a race

Thanks for the screen shot. Yes looks like we will have to go the trust route after all it's only a bit of fun. But if the times look odd then we can ask them to do it again in a race.
