If you want to create good looking plates, also try this:

Choose your state, enter desired text, press button "make license", and thats it. Than you can save your license as JPEG image and put it in TDU. Hawaii included.

Yeah I saw that before. the major dissadvantage though is you're limited to layout, characters and the size is far too small for making your own plate. It needs to be 256x128.

Yeah but you can resize it with photoshop to desired size.

Thanks Iced, I will replace the common_car now with the original one, and start over again, not good making things 10.30 in the evenings, when you are really stressed :p

Hi, I have a quick request. This is my first post here, is it possible to make this (click) plate for me in TDU?

 

I downloaded the dds-thing programme, but it won't work in Photoshop (Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0, Dutch version). I can't save it as dds file.. :oook:
