ws_??? files & Home TV question

 

Well ive had a search through some files on TDU what ive been sent, it has stuff like ws_controls and more of them, is there anything that can make the same image so new added stuff looks 3D? :) Sorry if asked but i did use the search function and didn't come up with anything what i typed up.
