LOL ... I remember the one where you had to use the radio frequency on the back of the game box ... MGS was good ... never played the one that was a prequel ... not too sure if I'm going to buy a PS3 yet tho

MGS was amazing, and in MGS4 you go back to Shadow Moses and the nostalgia and memories it brings back is crazy, even just watching small parts of videos makes me remember it.

MGS is always known for it's hidden humour, I remember if you looked at one of the posters in a locker and called Otacon Snake had a hell of a smile on his face. Plus who could forget the Psycho Mantis reading your controller thus you could never hit him. It was just sheer genius and I don't think MGS4 is going to be any different.

yeah I remember the FHM poster dotted around

as to Mantis ... there was a cheating way to defeat him ... you unplugged your controller from the first port and plugged it into the second ... if I remember correctly he also commented on games you'd got saved onto the memory card

the one 'joke' that got me was when the screen went black and said 'Hideo' in the top corner in big font like a tv channel ... i wondered what had gone wrong with my tv as I had a Sony at the time and it was exactly the same font and colour as changing channels or to an AV input!

I loved playing all of the MGS games for the PS1 and PS2, ahh good times, may get a PS3 next year when more decent games come out and its a bit cheaper

I had MGS1 on PS1, one of the first games i ever got, but we got rid of it and my dad and i couldn't figure out how to fight the guards with no gun :D:D. But then i got Snake Eater like 2 or 3 years ago for PS2 and loved it. I really should pick up MGS4 soon, but i'm going to America in the summer holidays, so i have to save up for it, which means: no more games until after then. I'm thinking about trading in GTAIV though to get it, not sure though.
