The pc version because you can mod it. But if you want more cars than you need the xbox 360 version, but you have to buy those car packs (6 i though) with points or something. But than you can have extra cars like the Audi A4 DTM (the pc version doesn't have one). But with the pc version you can mod it. So you can have the Bugatti (thanks to Basbas), Hummer H2 (thanks to Basbas), Evo (thanks to tool) etc.....

Both are the same Xbox 360 has mainly better graphics due to the fact TDU was built for Xbox 360 but made it on other platforms. PC version can be modded with new content from modders. :)

- has much better servers.

- nice graphics

- rubbish photomode (getting them onto the PC)

- expensive to get 90% of the extra cars

- some cars are exclusive and cannot be got anymore (about 5 I think)

- more for people who like to talk when in-game for communication

- stuck with Atari controller set-up

 

PC

- you can mod.

- megapack a lot cheaper than on 360

- misses out 2 cars which are exclusive on 360

- rubbish servers

- much better photomode

- expensive (computer components wise) to get it up to the same standards as 360

- customisable in-game radio

- you can record the gameplay with FRAPS / XFire

- communication is mainly 98% by keyboard

- fully customisable controls

They are both good.

PC is good because it's moddable and it's much more fun to drive with G25 than a 90 degrees wheel with a sequential gear.

 

X360 is good too because it have the best quality, the Diablo, A4 DTM, Sixteen etc.
