Neon Lights

Please can someone make neon lights for the cars.

There is already a modification that does this (albeit, doesn't look too striking) Unfortunately, I can't find the link. But the modification mods the shadows to look like neons.

Well, without zmodeler, you can only add neons to traffic, and inside the garage for bikes and cars.

Without zmodeler? neons are just a texture.. No need it has nothing to do with zmodeler. :) If you could add textures to common_cars then you could enable a neon over the shadow but there is no tool that allows to add textures.
