Go to the directory where you installed TDU, then Euro, Bnk, Vehicules. In there is a file called Common_car.bnk . Make a back up of this file first. Then paste the file you downloaded from here in that folder, and when it asks to replace, click yes. ;)

Either that's the sun reflection, or the plate was made with a yellow background.

Look at the first page of this thread, as you can see there are lots of different kinds of plates. :) Do you want one of those or do you want a whole new kind of plate? :)
