I doubt they'd just keep DUMBO as the entire map. Mapping out all of NYC would be difficult though, as they'd have to unrealistically cut off the map, like in GTA IV. (DUMBO, for those non-NYers)

Actually, I'd like to take back what I said about customization. :p If we had it on a Forza or GT level, this game would be crazy!
