Well, what i know about Corvettes is that they have a really tricky handling... they oversteer quite easily if you accelerate, although, under braking and while you are off the gas, they suffer from massive understeer. Basically what you have to do is brake, and give the right amount of gas to loose that rear out, but not enough to spin or to get much speed and end up oversteering because you're too fast. At least that's what i've always felt on Gran Turismo. :lol:

Ahh... i know that? My point is, how to simulate that in TDU? Either you will have to set a high top speed and totally screw the last gear ratio over.... or i don't know.

What he is saying is that gear ratios and Top Speed value are a bit broken in TDU. A clear example is the Corvette, and most cars with an overdrive gear... Corvette Z06 in TDU have a top speed of 320km/h... or something like it, which is real, although, the real Z06 acheives that speed in 5th gear, because the 6th is just for fuel economy, in TDU that doesn't happen... Even though TDU have the correct gear ratios for the Z06 (Really long 6th), because the top speed is set to 320, the game understands that the top gear, in the top RPM = 320km/h, when actually, it should be about 500km/h... the top rpm in 5th should be 320. If you set the top speed 500km/h in TDUPE, your Corvette will probably get to 320km/h in 5th gear, but when you shift to 6th, it probably will keep accelerating, resulting in a wrong real speed. And to be really honest, i don't think you will be able to fix the overdrive gear with simple mathematics... if you could make a video...

Automotive brands can be really lame sometimes. Aston, Ferrari, Lamborghini...

Actually, the GT-R Black Edition is not added on my TDU, neither is... or was, in your pack. But ok, i will work on the GT-R now and will upload the v.1.2. :lol: Even because the Black Edition has different power and etc.

Well, i've found out which files are necessary and will release the patch. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CLEAN TDU, OTHERWISE YOUR MODS WILL GET RESETED!!!! By clean TDU i mean: Patch 1.68, Community Carpack, Project Paradise and JPTH's new slots are necessary. Since this patch changes a few files on the database, your individual/personal mods will get their physics and all the adjustments you made reseted. IMPORTANT: Only works with US Language. Sorry. Today i've spent the day taking a fine look at this, and i ended up fixing a few things. - Correcting ride heights - Correcting car colors - Correcting cameras - Replacing a few models. - Added the Bentley I want to release it to you guys, but there are a few things: 1. I don't know what exactly files i have to upload in order to you guys get the colors, performance and cameras updated. 2. You guys must have a clean TDU, otherwise all your custom physics will be lost. 3. You guys will have to download and manually install the replaced models. 4. Or i can make a .rar with the necessary files to replace the cars, with the file name changed and etc. I've replaced a few mods because: - Couldn't find a good camera set for it - Updated model with better quality - Few personal preferences (Diablo SV and Viper GTS) List of replaced models: Combat's Bentley got manually added. Carrera GT is now Norby's RUF CTR2 Viper GTS got it's stripe removed. (It had smoothed borders, so, i just put the no-stripe version) Diablo SV is now Tool's Diablo SV. (I know, the interior is inacurate, but it has the SV over the doors! And the camera is good) Supra got updated with Combat's recent Supra pack (Stock version) 300ZX is now Combat's 240SX. (Couldn't find and work with the camera on this, had to replace) Corvette C7 is now PHT's C7. (Better quality and double color choice) All the other vehicles had few fixes on camera, suspension and colors. Who's interested? :D

Are you sure it would make the game crash? I mean... what the tool does is basically open a .db as a .txt file, and then make that same .txt file turn back to .db file... no? Well, i will make a backup before i try anything.

I am more interested in this... new Civic Type-R. Apparently lapped Nurb in 7:50.6, and had a top speed of 273km/h, which is... really not bad for a FWD, manual hatchback.
