  1. I had a lot of contact with Speeder, he was very helpful and told me to redownload the client dll. It worked :D I drove quite a bit with Robik today :D So, problem solved ^^
  2. Didn't work, spammed the box a million times and I've recopied my old savegame several times but it just keeps saying it's already tied to another password. No idea. Anyway I had to try something and through a different new profile I saw thát didn't work lol.
  3. I did that too but it kept saying my password was wrong and now it says my nick already exists with another password. Haven't changed anything though lol.
  4. I already asked Speeder earlier about TDU2 file formats and they differ too much from TDU1 to make the world editor to work. In other words: Speeder would have to drop the work he has done, to redo all the work to open up TDU2.
  5. I run 3ds max and have TDU1 installed (though what I read, I'll have to redo the steps to activate my profile following a recent update).
  6. Me neither, I prefer cars to have more body and have an appearance more closely like that of cars we see on the roads etc. Still though looking at just F1 the older F1 cars look better imo. Bit beefier some of them, less complicated aerodynamics.... a bit more straight forward. EDIT: although ofcourse the best cars are pre-60's F1 cars :D
  7. Do agree on the red paint thing on the McLaren, it looks amateuristic, cheap and odd, especially with the mirrors being red and sticking out so much it looks very unbalanced.
  8. Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag!!!!
  9. Perhaps using the american way, talking about the first full model year instead of actual year of productions.
  10. And now Mac has also got its version of ETS2, being the third OS after Windows and Linux. SCS Software's blog: Euro Truck Simulator 2 now officially on Mac OS X!
  11. I think it's an LR Discovery 4, not a Range Rover (notice difference in grille, black underside of the front bumper and simple rectangle shape of bumper inlet).
  12. Yay 64-bit update is live! SCS Software's blog: Euro Truck Simulator 2 goes 64-bit: 1.16 update now live
  13. a perhaps for alpha map, black//grey/white often used for opacity I think. So I assume the c.2db is the actual texture we see in the game (rock/grass/fake asphalt)?
  14. That nose actually looks pretty not bad. Still could lose the Lego balloon tires but it's a start :D .
  15. Could you perhaps give a bit more information on the texturing of the world? Such as resolutions of the textures, file sizes etc. I assume it also works with some form of LOD with lower resolutions for far, but from nearby it has to be pretty detailed. Kinda curious to know how a game with a world like TDU deals with a matter like this.
  16. Bonus video in addition to the series of ''Inside SCS Software'', SCS shows a bit of American Truck Simulator.
  17. It's a tie, T1m and superhyper congrats :D
  18. And here's part 3: EDIT: and part 4:
  19. New video series called Inside SCS Software has been uploaded. 4 episodes, 2 have already been uploaded.
  20. Thanks for that, shows I thought too easily again :( . In that case never mind TDU2 xD.
  21. JSON, JUNO, JANUS, whatever! You guys just do your magic
  22. Which does not háve to be a problem if we can edit the world and possibly prepare flat landmasses for new dealerships :D
  23. No problem, just add 75 Skylines. This is really cool though, nice job on getting this to work.
  24. Ahh :( Ok, didn't know that. Thanks for the answer :D
