The texture quality of the game world has been improved by 6-8 times compared to the original. All textures and design were made from scratch.

I disliked erroneous Platinum pack Enzo FXX sound so i spent numerous hours learning and trying to make my sound mod. I based it on the sounds from the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFy17tL2NiQ The resulting sound is not stereo (i think the TDU1 needs mono). Also somehow the Audacity software which i have used was unable to amplify the volume of the imported .mp3 more without quality loss, thus the resulting quality is rubbish. Note also erroneous looping in high speed and RPM due to my soundtrack start and end is different (i am unsure if i will have energy to fix it and beside that also replace "default" sounds when gas pedal is not pushed, yet current state does not bother me and i think is better than Platinum sound). In this mod i only worked with 3 sound tracks for RPM where gas pedal is pushed, rest 3 when pedal is not pushed i left default for now. For each track i changed pitch (option in the Audacity - so the sound is different in various RPM - maybe not necessary or bad idea. One can change pitch and the speed. When changing speed, then one needs very long steady sound which may be problem to find on the internet. One may edit the sound manually, but it is too difficult and time consuming to return something good. Better to use long sound track and find part with steady RPM from beginning to the end. Nik Golič already written a tutorial on how to mod the sounds. https://turboduck.net/forums/topic/37088-tutorial-how-to-make-a-sound-mod-for-tdu/ and i also composed my own tutorial which i added to his topic. PS: if you dislike my work, i can send you original audio files so you make a better quality sound. This car really deserve it guys Actual .bnk file (last updated 5/16/2020) needs to be added to C:\Program Files (x86)\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited\Euro\Bnk\Sound\Vehicules\ backing up original file is advised. The magnificent roar of a 5.4L American V8 motor! I merged TDU1 and TDU2's Ford GT sounds together. This includes the supercharger whine, and the RPM note closely matches the real one. 
I guarantee you, it sounds sexy.

After almost going insane trying to figure out how to create my first sound mod for this beautiful car this is the result. I am not super happy with the on throttle sound at medium rpms and the transitions but otherwise i am satisfied with the results.
I would love some sound modding advice from some more experienced modders so feel free to leave a comment or PM.

The love letter to the one of the greatest sports cars in the history...is now out! Took me quite a bit of time, pain and suffering to get there, but it was definitely worth it.

- added the reverse lights, reworked the tail lights, some of the materials, improved rear offsets, lower ride height (from TDUPK)
Features:

- colorable interior (needs to be adjusted in the database),

Bugs:
- None I've seen so far. Tell me in the comments or in our Discord if you find any.
- Not really a bug, but the TDUPK provided isn't really accurate cause I couldn't find any info about the car apart from weight, power, torque and weight distribution, the rest is from the Eden default car. Feel free to make good handling for it and send me, I can include it in an update or something.

TDU2: Unofficial Patch v0.4.1
July 01, 2021
The main goal of this project was to track down and fix many little bugs that were missed by the developers. As the time went by we started adding our own custom content. The patch grew bigger and bigger to the point that UP started to look more like a modpack than a small patch.
TDU2: UP fixes a lot of car's specific bugs - like Lotus Evora gear ratios, Audi Q7 collapsing into tarmac etc. To preserve vanilla driving feeling and performance my changes to the car's physics were done very conservatively.
This mod provides easy access to vehicles (through dealerships) which were removed from the final game. The first release of the patch restored to the game all deleted cars (for example Nissan 370z Nismo and HotRod). Future releases provided cars made by our talented modders. All new vehicles have improved physics and balanced performance - player without UP would still have a chance of winning in multiplayer race using only official vehicles from the same segment - do not worry.
I have spent hundreds of hours preparing this mod. If you want to express your gratitude for my hard work you are welcome to donate.

WARNING!
If you don't want your cars turn into Miami's Mustangs DO NOT run TDU2 without Unofficial Patch. Never ever. If you have to run the game without TDU2UP at least backup your savegame!
 
Please check out my new creation. TDU World Car Pack. It features almost all content from the Unofficial Patch adds a ton of new cars, has new physics and much more. You can download and install the Pack with TDU World Mod Manager available HERE.

Since the version 0.4.1 in order to install the Unofficial Patch you are no longer required to unpack the game.
Just install the mod to your regular TDU2 directory and play - very easy!
