(just my speculation)... @Milli take the time you need, do not rush, do as Rockstar, takes years to launch a game and when it launches, are masterpieces. So folks, it was a little while ago when I last time posted about the progress. And I remember to have promised you a demo at the end of september. Well, turns out I was quite a bit overenthusiastic about that.
I mean, I've made great progress over the time, but no way I can manage to finish all the Demo in this one week now. Additionally to that, I have quite a lot to do real-life wise, in terms of projects and stuff, so I barely can fix easy bugs in my free time. Sorry. I will definitly release this year, but I can't tell you with precision when exactly it will be.
All I can say is, the demo is progressing well! I still have some logics to do before going onto optimizing and the beauty. I also already designed a very neat UI, so this will look really really cool at the end! Stay tuned :) I will keep you updated when I have news

Download and install the bike bot fix. That is an issue with the AI. :lol:

About the classes though, TDU has made G class a Classic car class, regardless of their performance, because in original TDU, Shelby Cobra Daytona already was in the class as a simple AC 289. I kept it that way. Although, TDU counted 25 years back from 2006 (it's release) to classify a car to G class, i otherwise, picked every car from 1989 or earlier to be a G class.
 
So, sadly, the AE86 (1983) will be in the same category as the Countach 25th Annyversary (1988). :lol: If only we could create sub-categories, like G1, G2, and G3... which is what they did in TDU2 though.
 
And yes, TDU Platinum is under development and it's going to be a huge leap from UCP. I could say that UCP is like a Platinum Beta. :lol: Savegames will be compatible, as they have always been. ;)

No beta links. Because to make a beta link, i need to make it a pack, upload it, provide a link and keep it there so you guys can download something it is incomplete, and once the final gets released, it will erase all the changes you guys have done yourselves. And then people will complain and cry about their mods being reseted. :lol:
 
That RX-7 sounds like a RX-7. What you expected it to sound? Like a V8? Lol It's a 2 rotor 1.3l engine after all. :lol:

As i'm working on the cars, i am also putting them down on 2 different car lists. One, that has all the "buyable" vehicles, which means the cars you can find on the dealers, and an overall car list, that has all tuning added.
 
Following an alphabethical order, the first list has so far 240 vehicles, the nº240 being the Lotus Exige S, and the same car, in the overall car list is the car nº333. You guys asked for more cars and more tuning options? :lol:
