    At first, sorry 4 the double post. But Those News deserves to have a own post. I just managed to find the Physics Local in the extracted TDU2 game Files. So this means permanent Physics edit. No more Memory editing needed. I could write a Tool like tduPE wich we had for TDU1. And my H-Mode could be permanent. But i dont think this would be a good thing. Because i will not be able to switch off the online Races. And i dont want to support cheaters.

    My plan is to disable all races. Like it was in TDU1.

    Good to know to have support on that. I will write a H mode creater tool to build good settings 4 each car. As this is the most time consuming thing in the H mode patch. It is nearly impossible 4 me alone to edit all cars handling. But before that i'll write the vfx smoke patcher tool. I will let you know when its done.

    Ye, i know what you mean. This is part of the motion blur/speed effect. I am sure it can be disabled or to be adjusted more less in one of the cpr files. Nice! I need people with a bit knowledge on how to build drift setups. Best would be those who are familiar with TDU1 HC mode + Wheel.

    It is still tdu2 physics, if u want to say that. But with those car statistics you can make it feel a lot better. I mean a LOT. I uploaded 2 preview videos on youtube if someone wants to take a look.

    I am working on a handling mod (TDU2 H mode) I have found all what i need. Caster, camber, clutch, suspension, torque rpm and nm and a lot more. Tdu 2 has it all, big potential. Now its up to us to build something good out of this. Online would be okay for me if races where disabled, so only cruising. Similar to tdu1 but disables also quick player vs player races wich you can start with light flashing. I am able to make a tool wich could disable all of those but it will take a lot of my spare time. And i dont have much of it. So any help maybe in doing the actual handlng tweak for each car would be great.

    No, i figured out that it is enough to have universal launcher stored in the test drive game folder. And 4 sure set testdrive2.exe to start as admin.

    You can set the start time for offline play in one of the cpr files. I dont remember exactly in wich of them but it is possible 4 sure.

    okay no problem. I'm currently tired with tdu2 modding too. To many cheaters out there, every 2nd is flying around and such anoying things. And no, there is no info when tdu crashes.

    No, im currently busy with vfx smoke patcher tool and tdu2 h-mode. But it is easy to edit sweetFX for tdu1 at your own. Just download sweetfx and adjust settings as u like. regards

    I will do that when i get home. Only thing what i can say from now is that i noticed, some extracted file names are hex code. That looked strange to me, maybe here is the problem. Anyways, i managed to replace exhaust flame out sound manually with hex editor. But problem is i can not change file size from vfx_car.bnk file because i couldn't fully understand file table. regards EDIT: Did the extracting/rebuilding process what you recommend but can not find the Problem. On this Pic you can see the Hex file names wich i think is the problem.

    current universal launcher launches TestDrive2.exe not as an andmin even though u set it to start as. work around is: start universal launcher, click online, click texmod, click create mutex. Start TestDrive2.exe in install dir as admin, tab back to windows, close universal launcher and enjoy the better graphics.

    Server Status | Test Drive Unlimited 2 Official Website Another Weekend with a not working TDU2 Server. Servers are down since yesterday the 15.02.13 Will they be up ever again? Or is this now the final end with the TDU Series ? No one knows exactly and there is no official Statement from Atari again. Only thing we can do is hope that it's not because of the insolvency from Atari.

    As i already said, read the official sweetfx thread. There is a trouble shoot guide. U propably have not the right user permissions to let sweetfx write its log file in the programms folder. Start game as admin.

    Thank's will give my best to bring back the HC mode to TDU Series. But now i make this VFX tool first. Done the Layout yesterday. What u think about it ?

    Thank you, all of u guys. But now take a seat as this information will blow out your mind. The developter from ENBseries has made an exclusive tdu2 version. ENBSeries View topic - Test Drive Unlimited 2 v0.147 Please response to it on his forum. As hes fighting all the time with him self to keep up with his work. Cause there is so small interrests in this awesome project. For those of you who dont know ENBseries, take a look at this video. It shows gta4 with ENB shader mod

    No it is Memory editing. I know this physics.cpr mod but Those Values i have access to are not in this File. And beleve me the Effect is great.
