The way I see it if they where both the same age or there abouts (same year at school, same age) then its both their fault as it takes two to tango but, a 12yr old boy being led on by a 15yr old who should've known better is wrong. Yes that model is in GTA SA but how do you know permissions have not been granted?? Posting an image of it being a mod by a different author in another game is hardly proof that he has not asked/got permissions from the original author to mod/convert/release. Tool as I have said in a previous post, if you do not approve report ()the post thread in question.
