There is, it's just south of your flat on the second island. From outside the flat, go south to the road cutting west, and it'll be on your south side.

For "Driving Mr Bellic", you just have to get Roman to be your friend, go play Darts or Pool with him ;) You get "It'll Cost Ya", you have to take a taxi ride across a whole island without skipping it, so just get in a taxi at the far west of the first island, and ride to the far east, but don't skip the drive. Finally, you get "Warm Coffee" by being invited inside to your girlfriends ;)

The Ironman one is dynamic. It changes by itself whenever Atari wants, for example it used to be Rush Hour 3, which means you will not be able to edit that one :) But nice find with the others ;)

Yup, S71NG3R and I have appandoned the cruise as we were the only 2 there and the connection problems were too difficult to overcome :(
