    :bump: So, as some of you might already know, there were some nasty bits in my interior, as demonstrated (badly) by this instagram collage by me (because I couldn't find any better images of the broken parts) :lol: As you can see in the top left image, the gear shifter boot had been attacked by the previous owner's dog(s?) and looked like crap. Then Harley pointed me towards RedlineGoods (where he ordered one for his epic Supra) and after thinking for a while (read: saving money), I decided to order one for my car. It took just 4 days to arrive after they sent it and just to make life a bit harder, it seems that the facelifted 8L (or just the S3, I'm not sure) has a different mechanism for the shift boot and it was a real pain in the bottom to install because of that (it didn't fit 1:1). Here it is before the installation: And here it is after the installation, gotta say that it looks, feels and smells good :nuts: I did already glue the small piece that had come off from the shifter knob back, just didn't take a picture after it. Next I need to attack the other problems from that first picture, the handbrake lever (which has apparently had the same treatment as the shifter boot) and then I need to reset the service indicator, which is telling me to do a complete oil change, even though I already just did one. Seems like there's always something to work on in this car :lol:

    Mind the language, please. There's a big chance of your Golf 7 not happening before it arrives in Forza Motorsport.

    I did actually give a few examples but people always have their own visions of all the themes and usually someone asks if they can do something that's on the edge of what's allowed and what's not. I'm just scared that if I let one person do what they want to, everyone else will start asking about their ideas and in the end it'll just be a huge mess :/ Sorry if anyone is offended by the fact that I'm quite strict with my themes.

    Their last chance to take our money with the X360 before they'll announce that the games on demand games won't work on the neX(t)box. Still, will probably get a game or two if they're cheap enough :)

    True, they are proper track cars but what I wanted with the theme was to see Caterhams and Ariel Atoms and so on :nods: So I'd say we're going to stick with this open-top rule :hmmm:

    Sorry for being unclear, my point was that 430 scud is basically a stripped down 430 and the GT3RS is a stripped down 911 even though they're both production models. I guess open top only then. Go ahead Ryan :)

    I was involved in a musical that had its premiere today. A tad over 20 young people (including the band) were involved in doing it (we did everything, from writing to the song lyrics and dance choreographies) for the past half a year or so and now our hard work is finally paying off. I had so much fun on stage and with all the people involved :) Tomorrow will be our last shows and after that I'm gonna cry in a corner and post in the bad day thread instead about how my life became boring real quickly :lol:

    Was browsing back this thread when I saw this: So yeah, I had been driving around for a week or two and then I saw one that was just like mine, a red 8L :fp3: It has started appearing more and more so I'm not alone after all, there's another red 8L in our town D: Been trying to park next to it whenever it's possible and to snap some pics :nods:

    Front speakers were 38€ and rear speakers were 46€ iirc so not too expensive :) Don't really need a woofer when the back speakers give me enough bass :duck:

    If it was the latest and best tech, it'd be too expensive for most people. Look at Xbox 360, it was running old hardware by the time it was released and still has managed to improve a lot from where we started. Can't wait to see the true potential of next-gen consoles :)
