I'll give it a go. Could post about the progress on my car(Maybe also ask Dan, Mb if they want to) like you suggested a while back. I can use Wordpress and I can write. I can also write, but wouldn't it be better to type than write and scan?

:hmmm: Where to start? Fit a rev counter to my car and accidentally earthed it via my hand. Made my whole arm, chest and face feel funny. Found out how bad the rust is in my car. Can see the road through a small hole in the floor, poked a chisel through the bulkhead into the inner wing area. The flitch panel has a hole in it on one side and isn't much better on the other side. And then someone tried forcing me off the road into a railing in the middle of the road. Before that the driver was messing around on his phone showing off to his friends whilst veering into the other side of the road and nearly crashing head on into a taxi. He then did it again and almost went through a red light in probably the busiest crossing in the town. Then on the dual carriageway bit further down the road he got next to me, hurled abuse at me and made pleasant hand gestures whilst forcing his way into my lane almost pushing me into a big metal railing separating both sides of the road. And to top all of that off there was a police car driving slowly coming the other way watching him trying to make me crash! And guess what, the police car just carried on driving. I saw the cop driving and he was looking at us. He could've easily turned around about 5 seconds further down the road but no, he didn't. Police are disgraceful and I have no respect for them at all anymore. The idiot could've killed several people in the space of a minute and gets away with it.. Unless I see him again, because he owes me some of his teeth.

I'd like to see that.

Yea, when cornering quickly I also get strangled by the seatbelt or smash my knee on the window winder. The joys of Mini ownership. I might get out of it black and blue but I always have a big smile.

After 2 hours I had a sore back and clutch ankle. Sore back because I kept banging my head on the roof and ankle because there's hardly anywhere to put my foot. But the seats are sooooo bouncy that it doesn't get uncomfortable.

Yea, blue body work, white roof, mirrors, bonnet stripes and alloys. Might also paint the callipers on the front blue along with the engine. Not sure whether to paint the rear brakes or not as they're drums. And here's why I want it resprayed. That is by far the worst part but the bonnet has those cracks on it and to a lesser extent so do the wheel arches. The paint on the roof is quite poor, I think they painted over dirt and the on the mirrors is coming off. There are also small scratches down to the metal all around the car and tiny spots of surface rust here and there.

Yea, I'm about to email the place where I'm buying it from to see if they can swap out the large bore centre exit for a standard bore centre exit in the kit I'm going to buy. Large bore exhaust with a single silencer will lose me some power and be far too loud. And I'm getting the stripes when I've had it resprayed and that'll probably be a few months away.
