You just need a program to compress the videos. The videos that come out of fraps aren't compressed at all, which is why they take up such space. However, 2 mins 20 MB is very optimistic. Try VirtualDub

Depends on what console you have. If you're on PC, check out the Just Cruising subforum. Otherwise you can probably find members on this forum cruising around every now and then.

I think it would be awesome to have more common cars in the game, and maybe even different years of cars. Like at the start of the game you would only be able to buy older cars, before you make enough money to buy newer cars and later on, sportscars and supercars.

Ah, yes! I remember those, especially the ones from the older 911's sounded amazing :D [e] All of the sounds seem to be "Shockwave Flash Object" files with the ending .spl which I have to idea how to open or edit in any way :(

Some people said it was, personally I don't know. I heard someone say that that was fixed in the path, not sure about that either. I guess the only way to find out is to try it.

The bnk's are in there aswell, in the folder called 'patchs'

If you have an original game you should also have the real DVD, IE no need for images. Securom will stop TDU from working anyway if it senses that Daemon Tools, Alcohol etc. is even running. In other words, use your original DVD.

On the first page in this thread it says that this car replaces the Nissan Skyline, which you don't need the megapack for. But even if it replaced a megapack car, you could bodyswap, rename the files to make it replace another car of your choice.

It sounds great :D Just something else I thought of: I think you should record the sounds when you are alone, cause I found it confusing at times hearing two sounds at once. ;)

So did I, oh well. The other mods will make up for it ;) I see you removed the Ford Gran Torino from the list aswell :(
