    Yes there are other 3D modeling programs, but ZModeler is the only one that works for importing things into TDU at the moment. You have to buy it from their website. It costs $60. However, I think you should try the free demo first if you don't have experience with this. I've tried this program and I could do literally nothing with it. ;)
