This is the place you want to be then! * Stick to the implied theme (don't look for technical loopholes).     Yeah I was out tonight as well as it happened. I'll be away next week so you guys continue on with the calendar (can be for any game not just GT6) and see how it goes. :)

    erm so go Intel then. Also I would just get a newer single card instead of pairing up two older lower-spec cards. 2x the cards might = 2x the power consumption and 2x the heat but it will not give you 2x the performance.

    I've never "upgraded" a CPU. I pick one to last the life of the PC, and only get a new one when I build a new PC. I also happen to stick with Intel. /helpful I'd go the quad-core one ;)

    I've added a block of time for this Friday Night (local), so it should show up as Friday morning for UK/Europe members. Select the timezone from the top-right. It appears to automatically work out daylight savings as well (i.e. if I select "Sydney GMT+10" or "New Caledonia GMT+11" the event still shows as starting at 8pm for both (since Sydney is in fact GMT+11 during DST). If I switch the timezone to UTC it says 9.00am.
