  1. tdu2. I'd like to use this one but my only options from the hosting site are >350kb or <850px wide.
  2. In the Club History (PC) - all promotions and demotions are said to be from "our president", even if it was done by an executive. Two execs in our club decided to try and demote each other at the same time... and it worked, so i had to promote them back again. :fp:
  3. How much would you charge to lend your bandwidth to them Diablo? :p (impractical for both parties obv)
  4. Yeah - paddock bombs are good fun (if you know someone with a paddock) :)
  5. You could always spend $500-600 on a great wheel :p Then spend ~$150 for ButtKicker Get some 3D monitors and the PS3 camera for head-tracking. Then go for the Collectors edition of the game $130 How many thousand dollars is that? :D
  6. ewwww - thanks for ruining my entry :p (I already could tell he was a fruit-cake)
  7. They're up, but all our accounts are banned from those subforums.

  9. Stupid F1 - took me twice as long to drive into work yesterday *grumble grumble* Webber doesn't think he'll win the Melbourne race, besides which I have no interest in F1 tbh - will watch the V8 Supercars there though (if they're on... probably not seeing the next race is in Hamilton, New Zealand I think)
  10. They must've valued your honesty  Congrats
  11. I'm sure the non-cruising-pro-ramming players will gradually disappear as time goes on and better games are released.
  12. meh - this isn't that kind of forum (the TDU2.com type). Some things were clever, but spoiled by others.
  13. At this stage I'm only playing TDU2 when a cruise is organised or I see a bunch of friends in Steam playing it. (1-3 times per week)

    Mb's 106 S2 Rallye.

Looks great - and nice seats in there as well. I assume there's no computers intefereing with your fun on the B-roads (ESP, TCS, ETC) :p
  15. It made for some funny noob threads on the old official TDU1 forums :) That and the thread where someone got lost and couldn't find their house due to not knowing about the Map function
  16. Or just make the Ferrari tunable in the next patch - problem solved! :p Although tbh I don't like switching to 7spd DSG cars as I have to keep switching from H Shifter + Clutch to Sequential (TDU1 was better with this).
  17. Yeah, you really need a [good] wheel to appreciate GT5
  18. They have a whole department for that?
  19. No - Bluetooth is not the same as LAN, and is much slower
  20. I can tell you that is *not* a crossover cable - it is a "Straight Through" normal cable (notice 'Straight' in the title). Richard Smith :p or any electorics/computer shop should have them in stock in varying lengths. A few things to keep in mind: 1. How is your modem connected to your PC? Ehternet or USB? If it's Ethernet, does your computer have a 2nd Ethernet port to connect to the laptop? 2. Do you know your networking basics? If you use a direct crossover connection, you don't have any DHCP server (unless you set this up on the computer), and you will to pick IP Addresses, etc manually. 3. You'll also need to setup 'Internet Connection Sharing' in Windows. There's no point asking us about setting all this up, as a Google search will be just as effective. How about? Have you considered buying a cheap network switch from a PC store? You could connect the modem into the switch, then connect both PC's to the switch. ethernet switch, Laptops Computer Peripherals, Consumer Electronics items at low prices on eBay India
  21. I've seen the reviews that you're probably referring to and understand what you're getting at, but he's still got to show some respect to the developers, some whom they have person aquaintences here. If one of our forum buddies released a TDU1 mod that we didn't like, I'm sure we wouldn't go calling it rubbish, etc :) You can tell if a game is good or bad even if the reviewers are being polite - which is the main thing that counts. :p
