    Lot's of people have tested TDU2 before the demo has even be mentioned - don't forget Diablo went to Eden to try it out ages ago as well. :) Your physics comments have raised the likelihood of me purchasing this game on PC from about 60% to 75% :)

    He didn't say it was ok to buy the game, only to play it. Hmmm - better make sure you keep enough saved to TDU2's eventual 2013 release. :) None of use would've considered playing it if GT5 was released, let alone TDU2 :cheeky:

    There's a lot of idiots out there in real life that we don't socialize with, why should TDU2 be any different? :p Most of us are here to drive with friends, not socialize in 'walking mode'.

    I have a gazillion dead insects stuck to the front of my car that I'll have to clean off this weekend. The spirited drive that caused the car to become dirty was well worth it though.

    Wouldn't they be better off inviting members of a TDU fansite rather than any old generic gaming/file hosting site? Maybe FP made them an offer they couldn't refuse. Anyway, just because these extra people get in the Beta, doesn't mean they'll have as much opportunity to test the game as everyone else.

    If the physics are like PGR 4 then awesome, but if it's like Burnout Paradise then a tad less awesome. I think I'll need to try out the demo as well, or at least watch more gameplay vids on YT when they surface

    EA must've worked out that LAN games = 1 copy purchase and copied for the other computers in the LAN. Write whatever they want in the license agreement, but I see no reason to buy a game more than once for the same household - it's not exactly an operating system or MS Office. That's where console gaming was more appealing, when there was split-screen at least.

    I'm not even sure if we can call it a game anymore. I'm not sure it's a sim either? We'll save the verdict for after the release I guess.

    Well, that was my only reason for getting the game on X360. It's a shame - I thought split-screen was making a comeback when Blur and Split Second both featured it (even on PC). I'm guessing no LAN either? In which case I'll be getting it on Steam probably.
