@Lenman and Altec: Thanks. I guess the settings are the main difference between using a 360 pad on the actual console and on the PC (xBox doesn't have those, right?). Thanks everyone! :) I'll probably end up borrowing someone's 360 gamepad next week. -Leadfoot

Is anyone here using the xBox 360 controller for TDU2 on PC? The combination of lousy, notch-like physics and lousy, notch-like wheel calibration is throwing me off. Add on the fact that I know feel a strange urge to move closer to oncoming cars on highways in real life, and I'm starting to think I should try a different controller method for TDU2 than my G25. So anyone using a 360 pad (or an actual xBox, since I'm sure a lot of 360 users clicked on this because of the title :cheeky: ) think it's a good idea? The game's too... strange to go for realism, so I figure this might be a wise move. Ryzza, I know you sometimes use a 360 controller for PC, but you don't have to go resetting all your settings to try this. Thanks in advance, everyone! -Leadfoot

For the flames, afraid not. For a nitrous effect, I suppose you could give a car boosted power only at the final 1% of the throttle travel. -Leadfoot

What rotation are you using? My linearity would be okay, except I've got miles of deadzone (at least half deadzone, even at low rotation settings). Will try those, though (love dual monitors :lol: ). -Leadfoot

We understand that you're angry, but take some deep breaths and think about the situation. Registering a new account to make snide remarks is not a good way to handle it, and I'm sure in a few days you'll say, "What was I thinking?" The reason for the refusal to promote TDU2 mods has been clearly explained above, and if you thought about it for even a moment, you would understand. In the end, what would you rather have - the developer of the game stay afloat and be able to provide you, in a few years, with a new game or have some extra cars now and kill the developer? -Leadfoot

Check around for plugins to export to other formats. I know from Crysis modding that even if it takes three external programs, you can usually find some workaround for saving Sketchup files. :) -Leadfoot
