  1. Cool - you driving the STI in that? -Leadfoot
  2. How timely, Atari! We're used to it, though. :) -Leadfoot
  3. I saw the $10,000 and did a double take. But I had no idea the "exclusive plate" market was so big in Australia. As for the "1" plate, I remember hearing about that somewhere during that Summer Supercar Showing in London last summer (one of the owners from the Middle East paid a million pounds/equivalent currency for the "1" plate). -Leadfoot
  4. Oh, look! Something someone saw recently! :p The raindrops look awesome there, but I'm sure you already noticed that. Recently saw, recently saw... um... E34 M5 going to a ski resort. -Leadfoot
  5. Car museums keep getting quieter and quieter. I just checked the one closest to me ("close" being an hour and a half away), and it's luckily still open. It's a small place (used to be a bottling plant), but they had some cool stuff in their travelling exhibits. The only time I ever saw a McLaren F1 - and they had two (a GTR and a "normal" F1), as well as my only SLR and Carrera GT sighting. Sorry to hear you lost one of those cool places. :( Luckily, New Englanders like myself will have Limerock, at least for a while. :) -Leadfoot
  6. Did you try all the standard stuff? Run as admin, driver updates (graphics card), re-install? -Leadfoot
  7. Voted Reaper, but hpluls was a close second. :) -Leadfoot
  8. The physics will be the breaking point for me. As we've seen in the trailers, the visuals are beautiful, but they're backed up with Atari's bugs and terrible physics. If they don't fix those, it'll be a shame. :( -Leadfoot
  9. Wowzah! EDIT: LOL, you can the three people in that minivan all looking at it. :D -Leadfoot
  10. :( Sorry to hear that.

  11. Nice shots! Interesting how EA chose to cars like the Reventon and Veyron SS (above) as police cars. It doesn't matter that it's not realistic - it's cool. :D -Leadfoot
  12. Look at those people, ignoring your $500,000 LF-A! :p Very nice shots, as always. :) -Leadfoot
  13. If I get it (which I probably will, knowing me), it will be on PC, then later on PS3 (once it goes down in price). If it's anything like TDU1, I'll be buying it FOUR TIMES on PC. But hopefully it's not like that. Because, Atari, I don't want to "activate my product" every time I use it and then use up all my activations on one computer because of that. -Leadfoot
  14. Pretty talented shopping skills, though - I couldn't tell at first. :) There's a kid at my school who has a truck like that, with the rollover bar (or whatever it's called) and light-equipped brushguard. He uses humorously small wheels in the winter, but in the summer he has a similar setup to the photoshopped one. -Leadfoot
  15. Your pictures just keep getting better and better! Your retouching looks especially good with the Maserati. :) -Leadfoot
  16. Hey, is that 3-series in your avatar yours? Looks cool! :)

  17. I recommend using it. The file itself doesn't change the gameplay experience, and you don't have to worry about the file size if you have it installed. :) If you insist on not using it, though, Rolling is right; the file size of the mod car must be less than or equal to the file size of the original car. -Leadfoot
  18. I guess Hot Pursuit wasn't a fluke - they have definitely run out of names. :p -Leadfoot
  19. I love the background blur in your shots! And the reflection/contrast of the woods ones. :) -Leadfoot
  20. Those MX-5 detail shots are really nice. :) Is that the interior hack or taken from the exterior? -Leadfoot
  21. Beautiful pics, everyone! I remember being impressed by many of these when I saw them in various threads. :) For me, though, I think 2011 is going to be a much better photography year - I now have an extra incentive in the shape of a Canon T2i. ;) I've always felt naturally inclined to photography (though filming became my primary interest), but now that I am getting something that can focus properly, I hope to join the ranks of TDUC photographers. :) Amazing pictures everyone! I am constantly impressed. -Leadfoot
  22. LOL, I saw this in the "Recent Posts" box and scrolling through this page, I honestly thought it was a GT5 photothread (until I noticed that those trees in the last one seemed really familiar. Well done! :D -Leadfoot
  23. What happened to Deadmau1, 2, 3, and 4? :p j/k I understand, there's a similar deal near where I live (Matisyahu, Snow Patrol, Dave Mathews, some other people play there, but I never get around to going). -Leadfoot
  24. Very nice entries this week! :) I'll have to think about this one... -Leadfoot
