  1. Just washed my dad's (well, parents') Subaru Legacy. Not waxed or anything, just went around with Windex and a vacuum/stuff for the inside. Maybe I'll get pics... or not, if my parents drive it somewhere. :cheeky: -Leadfoot
  2. Mmm, tall grass and thick trees. :) Out of curiosity, how many miles does that M5 have? -Leadfoot
  3. Cool! Did you see any Super Birds while you were there? -Leadfoot
  4. Those are some very impressive pictures! Love the angles, cars, and especially the editing. -Leadfoot
  5. Just been to New Jersey, land of the fat and the lazy! Of course, many are bankers, and some of them aren't boring! -Porsche 911 Cabrio 996 (3x) -Porsche 911 Cbario 997 (1x) -Porsche Boxter (countless) -BMW M6 (1x convertible, 1x coupe) -BMW M5 (1x) -Bentley Continental GT (2x) -Bentley Continental Flying Spur (1x) -Roush Mustang (1x) -Saleen S281 Mustang (previous generation, 1x) -Tons of Mustangs, Camaros, and Corvettes (this is 'Mericaland, so you get a lot of these) -Assorted AMGs Nothing too special, sadly. :( ___________ Remember those turquoise LP670 SVs and Koenigseggs that some of you saw in London earlier? Well, guess what TopSpeed just posted! :hmm: -Leadfoot
  6. My [CURRENT] Top Five Dream Cars: (All manual of course) 1.) Dream Daily Driver - BMW M5 E39 (though it's not that ambitious, actually) 2.) Ferrari 355 (or Ferrari 360) 3.) Porsche 911 GT3 RS (or GT3) 997 Gen.1 4.) Porsche 911 Turbo (black on black, 996) 5.) Aston Martin DBS -Leadfoot
  7. Is that a custom ToD? Looks like Hawkeye's Realifesys. Combined with the depth of field adjustments. Props to the creator, whoever it is. :) If I wasn't in New Jersey, I'd pull something out of one of my WIP movie scenes. :( Maybe I'll still get back in time... -Leadfoot
  8. Hmph. Notice, this one is "tdu2_wp_4_1920x1200.jpg." They skipped three... as of now. Oh, hold the media! Bikini ladies in the back, on the boat! :cheeky: -Leadfoot
  9. Voted Mrs. Softie. What are old American muscle cars (especially the Charger R/T) without police in the rearview mirror? -Leadfoot
  10. It must have been incredibly difficult to keep track of the layers... Very well done, if a tad random. I applaud him! :) -Leadfoot
  11. Oh, my bad. I thought you did selective coloring (making the car the only thing in color). Sorry. :o -Leadfoot
  12. I have to say, very nice sound and very nice page layout! The whole thing looks impressively professional! :) Also, what's the TDU lighting effect you're using? Is it that "TDU MW"? Or post production? And do you perhaps have the link? :D -Leadfoot
  13. Amazingly huge collection of amazing pics! :) I like the "lawn car" theme in this one and this one. Oh, and the M5 and C63 ones. And the Ferrari 599 with the big wheels. And... -Leadfoot
  14. I had seen this before, but this Kotaku article reminded me to make a post here. Basically, it's a game-only James Bond shooter (as Blood Stone was neither a book nor a movie) made by the creators of Blur and The Club. This, of course, is not too encouraging, as I have never heard of the latter, and Blur was a bit arcadey. Nonetheless, the trailer looks interesting. Compared to the Casino Royale/Quantum of Solace games, there are some immediate changes, namely the vehicle sequences. The main difference here is that instead of a shapeless, low-poly block during the credit sequence, the Aston DBS is featured in all its glory in a Quantum-esque car chase. Also present in the trailer are parachutes, enemy helicopters, and a boat chase. Here are some useful quotes from the abovementioned Kotaku article:
  15. Thank you so much for this one! One of my parents' cars in TDU, finally! :) -Leadfoot
  16. That's a good pic, but I'm afraid that's photoshopped a bit too much. :( Sorry, but the only photoshop allowed is cropping/resizing. Selective coloring and vignettes are not. Sorry. -Leadfoot
  17. Ah. Well, I'm sure I'll be saying this again, but have fun with it (when you "officially" buy it)! :) @RX_37: I know I've seen it before, but that's a pretty nice-looking car. Maybe it's the wheel combo, maybe it's that we don't have Pugeots here in the US, but I think it looks pretty cool. -Leadfoot
  18. Love the one looking through the roof. :) -Leadfoot
  19. Like the garage pics - very bright. :) It's interesting to think about how, two years ago, we were amazed by rim swaps, and now every single car in that garage is new (and some higher-quality than the standard cars). :) -Leadfoot
  20. I know what you mean... :( -Leadfoot
  21. I have never debated it, as the people who say "wheel you play" usually have adonooooiiiiiids and wear driving gloves and racing shoes while gaming. I've always thought it's goofy not having a wheel, but I personally don't really care either way. As long as there's an interior, I'm happy. :) Now for something I do take a side on: yes, the PC should have better graphics, being newer than the PS3 and 360 (and I am VERY familiar with Crysis/Crysis 2, thank you :) ), but most promotion shots are for consoles on consoles, so graphical shortcomings are to be expected. -Leadfoot
  22. Race teams and vehicle development teams are probably required to have medical personnel on hand. -Leadfoot
  23. Revan, because of the stripe and spoiler. -Leadfoot
  24. The second one's very nice! -Leadfoot
