  2. Thanks guys, I can't promise anything for TDU2. Not many things have changed into the game file engine so far, but changes will likely to be offline-only... oh, and hoping that someone could finally make physics.

It's not even official announcement, is Atari trying to make some marketing now ? Great :rolleyes: Or... studio has taken big risks unveiling what will come s**n, how grateful shall we be.   10. Atari, definely - the worst Eden's mistake is to remain linked to this editor. That's too many years they have been paying the price, wiseful people already decided to change company.

Workaround : change Resource 5748357 with Database module in TDUMT (brands > #13 EDO > Manufacturer Name cell > CTRL+E to edit > Current resource value) Bug 2: In some dealers the car skipping isnt correctly because of missing cars in a determinate place, for example in Nissan dealer: you press cursor right in 350Z and the animation jumps from nismo s tune (which is missing in that dealer) to Skyline, causing a bad effect. > verified, originally there were more 350z here, the R34 was added later on the other side. An empty slot remains between both in car dealer Workaround : in Vehicle Manager, open the 350Z coupe, dealers tab select the shop and move the 350 Z coupe model one row down. Don't forget Save button. Same solution for other dealers.

  15. You're not the 1st person to ask but as always I'll answer that game physics are totally crap and changes over game files are not allowed, particularly with steam versions. Moreover I won't buy TDU2PC just for modding. The point would be in getting 3D models for other games - things I can't support even if ATARI have disgusted me finally. I have enjoyed modding TDU1 because I love the game and working with modders. Concerning BNKs, I thought that some already achieved to open them ?! There is a forum over the web, xanax or something... And TDU2 BNKs are the same format, with a little change in it... very light one. An option would be that next Modding Tools for TDU1 can open new BNKs too, but only that (repack is not available for TDU1 nor TDU2, anyway) Btw don't start offtopic mode, my PM box is available so we can continue over there or in a new topic in modding zone :)
  16. Nope - to be clear, Fabien has retired from videogames and after business projects now (very time consuming). I had contact with some devs, but everytime the same answer "atari do not allow to say this or that"... like the 5 past years... I'm not playing TDU2 anymore, and would prefer get back to mod TDU1 one million times than fighting with such an unfinished game. TDU2 is just a Test Drive sequel, nothing more...
  17. It was without any feedback from the devs, concerning issues we had and suggestions we made during this beta-kindof. Yet selected people @ tdu.fr were very involved at beginning as they loved the 1st one. Facts : - we were given an old version, because they were not allowed to deliver more content to testers - we were alone on the servers,and still, it was very difficult to keep everyone in session or retrieve each other they said only one thing, eventual fixes will be available after release... but how could they enhance the game without exchanging with us ? Moreover, when reading fresh news this morning (answered FAQ), atari seems to be happy with game handling and stuff and won't fix anything. Only adding contents to make money... on a crappy base. Goodbye TDU Licence, they totally wasted it. I must say that Atari and Eden have lost the french community. A shame.
