  5. I argee with randomsox and leadfoot. From grade 10-12 I was completely uninterested with school. Never studied or did homework, mouthed off to teachers, and skipped school. Until the school conselor and my parents sat me down and said "You hate this place so why not actually try and get out faster because the way you are now you have absolutely no way of graduating this year unless you step it up". That was the kick in the ass I needed. I still didnt really study but I knew I had the smarts, and memory I could do it and ended up getting almost 80's on my graduate tests. They suggested taking my massive interest in cars, and mechanics, and said put it to good use and that I could graduate if I worked. So thats what I did every morning I would get up at 6am and go to work, punch in, and stay there working cars till 9, then go to school then straight to work till 5:30, and most of the time clock in over time. I did that for 5 months untill I had enough credits to graduate. Here I am today I have my highschool dipolma and half way through my frist year of automotive technican. I have a steady full time job, and other than being single am the happiest I could ever be. If you have an interest pursue it absolutly. You never know where you'll end up, and school may be boring but getting through it to get to do what you truly love doing is completly worth it in the end trust me.

    First Car!

Update: Car needs front axle seals, tie rod ends, 3 drive belts, tranny and coolant flush, power window fuses, sunroof fabric panel. and while in the auto car wash one of the washers scraped, and dented the rear quater panel. going to take apart brakes tomorrow morning clean them up see from there on getting new ones. about 2k in parts and labour. Cheap car isnt so cheap anymore. Im going to fix it and pay it off then either selling, or trading for a 73-79 F-150 with either a 400 big block o,r a 460 and im going to start restoring it. Going to be expensive but when you have 2k coming in a month and one bill bascially it wont be too bad. 13. "I hope it matches last weeks" I hope it doesn't because it was terrible...
  14. SVT Raptor passed by the dealer while I was outside wondering around looking for cars. I was like "please pull in, please pull in, please pull in!" then he slowed down and indicated to look like he was going to pull in, but he turned into another road and floored it. Sounded nice though.
  15. If it was an up close picture you can see the Rust effect.

    First Car!

I baught it off my dads boss that's why I got it so cheap. That's why it's Hyundai and an auto and a 4 cylinder. But I don't really care it's a good first car that gets me to work, and back and to friends houses, and I'm going to keep it till I have enough to buy, and build my 77' f-150 stroker, and I'll probably keep it then still. And my insurance is cheap too only $110 a month so like £70. I do have a dodge but it's my parents I was driving it until I got my own
  18. That noise from the Cobra. Oh my sweet dual exhuast 8 pound 6 ounce straight piped jesus.
