I'll try to keep this short(probably won't make it though:cheeky:). I've been working on this sound the better part of this week and it's finally done...and if I may say so...it's a keeper!:excited:;) I've even been sent an in-car recording of a ride in the Zonda F, by a fellow from this very forum,but from the opposite part of this planet in relation to me:D(BIG THX to him!:thumbsup:), for motivational and comparison purposes!:lol: My previous two attempts were done with modified viper sounds+some, but this one is totally new with all new samples. Anyhoo, let's get down to business,firstly, not to get into too much detail,but I couldn't do the sound directly on the original zonda sound(for a few reasons,one of them being it only goes up to 6000rpm which is incorrect etc),so we have a small workaround for this problem. The only car in game which has practically the same performance and handling,right camera positions and revs to 7500rpm(like zonda F does) is a Farboud GTS,so you have to swap your Farboud for the Zonda(F,but you can also swap for c12s or the roadster if you feel like it:D). IMPORTANT: If you just put my sound on the original zonda,you won't hear the whole higher part((most exciting:drool:)6000-7500rpm)of the rpm range! Ok, now that we've cleared that up, I also have for you, an updated Zonda F gauges with correct redline starting @ 7000rpm and furthermore,since I know people will ask for them(featured on the car in the video),Zonda Cinque style rims I just made. Hello everyone, this is my first post here, although I've been watching this forum for quite a long time. Yesterday I took my CLK 55 AMG for a spin and I found, that it sound awfully bad compared to real AMG 55 engine. So I thought, that I might give a try doing my own mod for this car. And here it is. I love the burgling sound of AMG V8, and that's much more like it! Try it and tell me, what do you think about it and what should be better. I'm new at this and I have a lot to learn. I have started a mod for the sound ferrari f40 (of reventon09) I think I followed all the steps (j've extracted the file bnk replace the sound wave and repack) but when I start the game did the ferrari no sound! J tried everything but nothing works. ONLY POST FOR DEFAULT VEHICLES OR BE IGNORED Hi, I'm getting a bit bored with searching and searching during hours for good material (ONBOARD videos or ONBOARD audio recordings) in purpose to make TDU sound mods. So if you know any good (i mean REALLY good...) ONBOARD recordings somewhere on the net (videos from Youtube or dedicated racing sites etc.) and would like to have a sound mod based on it, why not posting your links here? If I really love it, I (or another sound modder interested maybe) will work on it and try my best. These are the basic requirements : - RECORDED ONBOARD (this is essential) by someone who knows what he's doing (forget the amateur records in 90% of cases). Could be on the dyno but in that case you must not hear it at all, which is impossible in general. - Volume high enough with balanced dynamics, even at high or (if not available) middle-high rpm's. - No parasite noises (cockpit echo, music, gravel noises, talking, wind, loud and anoying transmissions, tyre screeches, engines of other cars around, compression artifacts etc.). - Linear, long enough accelerations and decelerations at all rpm's (low, middle and high) and if possible some driving at a constant speed. Please just post stuff that match these requirements, I'm only looking for some good stuff that is hard to find even after hours of intensive investigations. Hi, i wanted to replace the stock sound of the ninja zx10r with the zx12r. I copied the zx12r sound and renamed it to ZX10R_audio.bnk and replaced the file in bnk/sound/vehicules. So i fire up the game, take the newly modded zx10r for a spin, but it still sounds like a default zx10r, not zx12r.:cry: Any suggestions?
