Who can make an Lamborghini Cala?

Who can make a Lamborghini Cala please? This concept was founded in 1995 but some problems were, and it wasn't creeated. I've first seen this car in NFS 2 SE, but I would like to see it in TDU. So can you please make this car? I would be very happy:)

This has to be the first Lamborghini that I don't really like the look of.

 

The back looks "Ford-y" (Meaning it looks cheaply designed)

There's no guarantee that a modder will decide to fulfil your mod request.

 

They usually decide which cars they will do next by themselves or with a few friends.

Yeah, 99.8% of the mods requested were never done. So I still see no reason why the request section is still up.
