You can't uninstall patches.

You can apply patches wherever you install the game to. The only problem comes if your windows documents and settings is on a different partition to the rest of your windows system files.

And now whenever I try to download TDU, it fails about 1 hour through (using Firefox, Download Manager won't work for IE7).
