Microsoft steering wheel....valid exercise?

I have my wheel clamped to a desk and hold it at arms length. I have it plugged in so it gives resistance. After long sessions of driving on TDU, I can feel my arms getting tired.

Should I stop playing at this point? I mean is it good exercise or is it just damaging ligaments and contorting muscles?

It'd be awesome if its good for me because I could feel good about playing TDU.

yes, you will hurt youself. when you get tired just use the controller for a bit. just imagine, you have a new car on ur l's, and you drive it for the first few times, for about 3 hours, no brakes, its not good to get into something too quick and go at it like nuts :P too much of anythings bad for you, anyway, a break to the controller will be easier on ur hands, seeing as its only your fingers moving
