Xbox.com being added to XBL now playing list?

A friend of mine sent me these pictures he took off of his guide displaying me as being on Xbox.com, complete with logo. I was appearing offline at the time and I was playing TDU...

 

The guide has been known to glitch when people are hiding offline but usually just displays them as playing "Xbox 360 Dashboard" so this is new.

Not particularly exciting but an interesting insight into possible future changes, perhaps.

EDIT: A clearer picture of the logo, seems to be the XBL friend icon repeated to produce a circle.

If you're appearing offline, why not just disconnect from live, then you have total peace. Unless you still want to play online, then that's a bit of a problem.

 

I've noticed this since that 24 hour maintenance they did not so long ago. But I think they will probably fix it in the next update we get.

I know it says it after they have been on XBox.com but I wasn't aware it displayed it whilst they were signed into the website.. it's certainly not something I have seen before. As for hiding, I was on TDU at the time so it was lying anyway :)

Yea I still want to play online but minus the hassle, it's not a constant thing, just every now and again.

It think it shows if your on the website as if you've got gold you can read and send messages when you are signed in on the site so that part is probably a new feature

So much for them saying it was purely maintenance and no new features will be added... Unless it was meant to be in the last update and the maintenance somehow fixed it.
