Rear looks, cheap Chinese car rip-off. Sorry Jaguar.

My sentiments exactly. It looks good except for everything aft of the rear doors. Neither do i like the way the rear wraparound windscreen. Overall, the rear just looks too heavy, and well, too cheap and ugly

 

As for their current "retro" XJ, no matter how much you think the styling is outdated, at least it gels and fits together, front to back. And tbh, I'd rather have one of the current ones than this new one...

Jaguar just announced the prices for the XJ. Basic one with TwinTurbo diesel (275 hp) will cost 76,900 euros. The long-base version will start from 85,400 euros. As for the top model, the V8 petrol one (510 hp) will be atleast 139,900 euros.
