'Total remaining race distance' on GPS and 'Average minimum speed needed to win' for longer races.

Hi,

This is my first thread so please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong!!

 

I have tried searching but have been unable to find a mod of this kind so I thought that I would try requesting it. If there is already one out there please let me know.

 

I find it annoying that the GPS only displays the distance to the next checkpoint, especially in longer timed races so these are my requests:

 

A 'total distance to finish' distance under/above the 'distance to next checkpoint on the GPS.

 

A 'minimum average speed needed to win the race' display somewhere under the total race time.

 

An 'average distance per time' display under the race time eg. km per minute - although this is not as helpful as the above 2 ideas.

Not possible without .EXE hacks (which aren't do-able anyway and are considered cheating) - you'd have to keep track of it in your head.

 

"Minimum average speed needed" is pretty easy - divide miles by number of minutes and multiply by 60. If you're going 60mph, you need 1 minute to go 1 mile.
