can anyone make the Pontiac solstice? 9dunno if its spelt right). all it is is the saturn sky with a different front end. i saw a few on my recent holiday to florida.

Actually, there are 2 similar cars based on the same platform, but the styling is completely different.

The Saturn Sky and Opel GT (avail in continental Europe) are essentially the same car (minor differences). Both are mechanically identical to the Pontiac Solstice, though I believe nearly every body panel is different.

 

I drive a Solstice Coupe (under 1300 made), which has no Saturn or Opel equivalent.

No equivalent yet. Now that Pontiac is gone Saturn may build a Sky coupe. They might not though since they are no longer under GM ownership.

I wasnt aware the opel gt was available, i thought it was just a concept. there is also the daewoo G2X wich is another car based on this platform
