1. So I know tuning is possible but on all cars like the VW Golf Rabbit?

Or on SUV's?

 

2. Is it possible to change interior colours likr TDU?

yes, you can tune anything, you can even tune a fiat 500 into an R4 racer if it takes your fancy

i can't find the source for the 500 but there's a vid of the veyron being upgraded from S into R3 somewhere

 

The R clsses are just an extention of the PI classification now, so you can upgrade anything into the R classes, and they've moved all teh classes down to accomodate it, IIRC S class finishes at 600 or something now
