The giveaway is open to anybody with an Xbox Live ID, and the five prizes will be awarded as 1,600 MS Points, enough to purchase The Ballad of Gay Tony for download the day it's released! The entry form will be closed on Friday October 23, 2009 at midnight Pacific Standard Time, and the five randomly selected winners will be announced later that day.
