Does megapack affect save data?

If I installed the megapack right now, would I lose any of my save data? Also I have a lot of car and enviornment mods, would I lose any of them?

I don't think so. I installed the megapack and I didn't lose anything. Make a backup of your savegame just in case though. ;)
