Moving cars between houses

I would like to be able to move my cars I'm putting for sale into one house already with 1 car in it, but when I go into "List" in the garage, it gives me the beep that tells you that you can't do it. Any ideas/suggestions/help?

You can't place cars in new house, you can only replace them. So if you buy a new house, you can't move cars there.

you can replace the car that is already there, but you have to do the switch BEFORE you place the car for sale. once the car is for sale,you cant do anything with it until it sells, or you remove it from the sale section
