Request for help with custom cars

Hi I'm new here, and i've got a few questions I would like to address at this forum:

I've just recently discovered there are custom cars, in fact many of them, that can be installed into TDU. However I don really know how to do the installation. Help please?

I was told that there's a megapack which installs even more cars, made original by Atari, into TDU. Do I need the megapack to install custom cars I found at this forum?

Installing custom cars: Is is that custom cars replace original TDU cars or custom cars can be added into TDU, which makes the game to have more cars?

Maybe a step-by-step tutorials for the installations of custom cars please?? Thanks!

Hey Welcome to TDU-C!

1. Maby you have an autoinstaller. If yes you don't have to install manuel.

But if you don't have an autoinstaller you have to install the mod manuel.

Car.bnk = Body

Car_I.bnk = Interior

Car_F_01.bnk = Rim

You put the Body and the Interior in the folder:

X:\Program Files\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited\Euro\Bnk\Vehicules

And for Rims you have go to here:

X:\Program Files\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited\Euro\Bnk\Vehicules\Rim\Car

2. No, but maby you have to make a bodyswap.

3. We have only one car that don't replace any car. [Bugatti Type 57 SC Atlantic]

With Tool's mods it's easy. You download the mod and then use the Mod Installer. It will do it automatically for you. ;)

But if there are only .bnk files, without an installer, use tdu ggas' instruction.

The Bugatti doesn't replace any car, it makes a new car slot. I don't know how to do that but I'm sure someone else does. :)

As far as I know (not much probably :) ) for now only Tool831 makes physics installers for his mods, and they are as a separate download on his threads, so there can't be a mistake.. ;)

a bit of OFF: What's going on with the Physics section? I've heard that Diablo will make it, but nothing appears yet? Maybe lack of mods so far??
