I had the update all uploaded and was just about to hit the submit reply button but the good old Margaret River power station bet me to it with it's apocalyptically annoying blackouts. It's the fifth most advanced station in the world but only one person in the world properly knows how to deal with it when it goes wrong and of course he is from the smartest country in the world: Germany.

Edit: If i may ask, how did you get your pictures look so realistic? The one with the back of BMW, it just looks so real...that aint the game graphics:D

I might be able to provide a answer, possibly a very good computer + sharpening and turning the brightness up..

Great shot's Aston, but a couple of those Audi ones look a little bit claustrophobic....:)

Sorry seizure i missed the edit bit. I have AA on 8x (the vital bit for quality as it makes the game more smooth and "realistic") and HDR enabled but that's about it. No need to brighten most of the shots unless they are too dark.

 

But most of the time it's just luck as I don't have a very good PC. Only a ATI HD4650 but I am saving up for a HD5*** series. I can't get over 25FPS with HDR on but I can get about 40FPS with it off.

Thanks guys, but i have a quite good PC for TDU, but even when i force 8x AA with Edge Detect, it still doesnt give me such a smooth picture. Also im using HDR :) Smoothness of the S4 pictures is same like im having with my game but Z4 looks too smooth for TDU:D

hmm. Are you using the options menu when you use photo mode in the game? If you have no idea what I'm talking about it has blur, saturation and the weather condition (I use this one.)

You know, when im looking at these mountain shots, ive never seen anything like that, usually when i drive in the mountains i dont see anything like this but looking at those...gosh..from up here it just looks so smooth and i wanna go for a ride:D and btw you are so skilled that u can even make saturn look good :D

It's an absolute laugh driving on those mountain roads in that load of junk. It handles like a pig. I only did it because that's the theme for the POTW this week.
